I've been dying for some good eggplant parm since Thanksgiving. I bought a few components last night and intend on making eggplant parm this weekend. Additionally I'm going to also be making tandoori chicken (the dysfunction junkies are demanding I supply it as my entrance fee to the big family party on Sunday), and I'll probably be doing some type of cookie presentation, too. This year, only one or two varieties of cookies to be made, both of which will involve using ready made cake mixes as the base.

Never got the parm.
Eggplant was chopped up and used in yet another South Indian vegetable glop.
