Key lime PIE

You will need:

3 large egg yolks (JUST the yolks)
1 can of sweetened, condensed milk (Borden's baby -- love Elsie the cow!)
1/2 cup of Key Lime juice (I recommend Nellie and Joe's)
1 graham cracker crust (you can make it yourself, or just buy one)

To prepare:

Preheat the oven to 350.
Whisk all three ingredients together, and carefully pour them into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, let cool for fifteen more, and pop it in the 'fridge.


Top with fresh whipped cream.
