You will need:
1 tube of pre-made biscuits
1 small can of crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 small jar of maraschino cherries (not pits/no stems)
1/2 cup brown sugar
To prepare:
In the bottom of a 12-hole muffin tin, place:
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 or 2 maraschino cherries
1 tablespoon undrained, crushed pineapple
Top the whole mess with a pre-made biscuit.
Put in the oven, and bake according to the directions on the biscuit tube.
Kids LOVE these. My kids call them,"PIGNAPPLES."
