Hot Scotch Toddy

Cold and flu season is upon us, and so this recipe is an absolute necessity.

Classic Hot Toddy

1 (or Hell, two) shots of good Scotch (I prefer single malt)
6 oz. boiling, very strong tea, poured over a silver spoon (tea can be regular or decaf -- your choice)
1 generous tbsp of heather honey
1 slice of lemon

Stir briskly, roll your eyes Heavenward as you inhale the fragrant steam, and guzzle as greedily as temperature allows.Repeat frequently.
