Jell-O mania! Fruit-wedge screwdrivers or gin and tonic jigglers.

- several large oranges
- unflavored gelatin
- orange juice
- vodka

Cut all the oranges in half and carefully scoop out the insides. Make sure you cut them in half vertically, so you don't get a hole where the little green bit was.

Smash up the insides and get out as much juice as you can.

Following the directions on the gelatin package for jigglers or blox, heat up an amount of orange juice equal to half the liquid. If you didn't get enough juice from your smashed fruit, use the carton you bought.

Stir the gelatin into the heated juice til it dissolves.

Fill in the other half of the liquid with vodka.

Pour your juiceahol carefully into the orange peel halves. I set them up in a muffin tin so everything stays upright.

Once the jello is set, carefully cut the halves into wedges.

(Try substituting lime juice (just a bit, not nearly as much as the orange juice), gin, and 2/3 tonic 1/3 water. Serve on thin, circular slices of peeled lime. Gin 'n' tonic jello shots!)
