Thanks to PFirch for her post, and I surfed on over to check her/her blog out. I've bookmarked it, looks like an interesting blog with a variety of things I'm interested in.
As I've got a few Asian pears ripening at home, I saw her dump cake recipe, and fell in love. I might just make it this weekend:)
I bought some Laird's Applejack last night, because I was feeling homesick, and Laird's Distillery is in one of my favorite areas of NJ. Perhaps I might add a nip to the cake if I make it:)
